Arup Bhattacharya

Arup was born in Mumbai (Bombay), India on August 29,1963.

Arup completed his BSc in Microbiology and MSc in Biophysics from the University of Bombay. He did his PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biophysics from the Department of Cancer Biology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute under SUNY at Buffalo, NY.

He also holds a MA in psychology from Annamalai University. Arup studied homeopathy with the British Institute of Homeopathy and George Vithoulkas's International Academy of Classical Homeopathy.

From 1992 until 1999, he was director and the main spirit behind the Centre for Homoeopathic Cure, Dombivili, near Mumbai (Bombay), India.

He was involved in training and teaching homeopathy and now continues that passion in North America. Currently he practices and teaches both the basic and postgraduate students in North America.

He also independently conducts regular seminars for practitioners on live case taking, follow-up and case management. He teaches a three year homeopathy program for beginners in Western New York.

Arup is currently also an Affiliate Member, Department of Chemoprevention, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and an Associate Research Professor in Department of Natural Sciences, Roswell Park Graduate Division, State University of New York at Buffalo, NY. Arup regularly contributes to various peer reviewed journals.
